RETURNS, REFUNDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY
Physical Products
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped to France.
Items must be returned in original condition.
Return requests must be made by email before returning the item.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
In accordance with EU consumer law, buyers may withdraw from a purchase
within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted by postal mail only.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled directly by the buyer.
The seller may cancel an order and issue a full refund if payment fails, the order is cancelled before dispatch, the item is not received, or the return is agreed upon by both parties.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and no later than 14 days after approval.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
No returns or refunds are available once the file has been downloaded.
By purchasing a digital product, the buyer agrees to immediate digital delivery and waives the right of withdrawal under EU law.
