Physical Products – Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items must be returned in original condition.

Cancellations

Buyers cannot cancel orders directly. To request a cancellation, please contact the seller by email: contactbushuyeva@gmail.com

Sellers may cancel an order and issue a full refund if:

• Payment fails or is canceled

• The order is canceled before dispatch

• Items are not received

• Items are returned by mutual agreement

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered for digital products.
